This article provides the terms of use for the VentriloSpy services, especially the CodeGenerator and the use of the resulting HTML Code in other webpages.

§1 General

The service is totally free for private use.
If you want to use VentriloSpy on a commercial site contact the admin.

§2 Content

VentriloSpy may not be placed on pages that contain rassistic, pornographic or otherwise adult-rated content.

This does not include clans, guilds or other groups who encourage fun and sportsmanlike behaviour in online gaming and esport competition.

§3 Placement

We dont mind where you place the VentriloSpy server status, as long as you place nothing above it.

§4 Rules of Conduct

The following is an incomplete list of illegal and prohibited uses of the Service. VentriloSpy may investigate any illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Service, and appropriate legal action may be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
While utilizing the Service, you may not:

• use the service for any commercial purpose
• use the service on any Internet sites that are obscene or pornographic, or display pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind
• use any robot, spider, site search and/or retrieval application, or other device to retrieve or index any portion of the service
• reformat or frame any portion of any web page that is part of the service

Refreshing

Please do not automatically refresh pages on which you put a VentriloSpy server viewer. Some of the display styles provide their own means for refreshing the server information.

§6 Abuse

The admins of VentriloSpy may delete, remove or even ban any pages and/or servers which reject to this terms.

Any extreme abuse will be persecuted and charged a fee of 500 US$.

§7 Server Data

The servers data will be automatically stored in the VentriloSpy Database. Then every visitor of VentriloSpy can see and scan the server.
The data of the users connected to the server is not stored.

Yeah, if you just use the service as it was meant to, you have an ad-free customizable Ventrilo Status for your page, that keeps track of your servers usage, too.
